After fasting for a month, i’m starting to love drink mineral waters. i realized that it’s important for our body. but it’s just too difficult for me. I am addicted to Coffee, i’ll drink at least 2 cups for a day. but fasting has changed my behavior, i rarely drink coffee now (not stop but reduce it become 2 times a week), and became addicted to water. wow… 🙂 it’s so fun to have a healthy life!
